Education watch covers all aspects of the studies directly, the review of legality, quality of programs and courses, problems with teachers, etc.

Introduction

Education watch is one of the Student Union in Skövde (SiS) five pillars, and perhaps the most important of them all. Education watch include different types of activities, including review of legal certainty to students at the University of Skövde and the quality of programs and courses taught at the University of Skövde. Education watch is also running projects across institutional boundaries such as anonymous exams. By affecting the different instances have the Student Union, for example, pushed through changes in the university's governing documents, training programs and textbooks.

Organization on education coverage

Under SiS, there are a number of bodies made up of committed students who runs education coverage, among other sections. These sections work includes education coverage at the departmental level and has the mandate to appoint student representatives to the departmental committee and other institutional bodies close. The people who run institution border activities are Education (UU). Examples of cross-institutional projects are course evaluations, exam correction and thread through education. Class Agents

At the University of Skövde is the section of boards to decide what type of organization you want to run institution near the education coverage. This includes the organization of the class representatives. Please contact your school if you want more information about how the system works there.

Course evaluations

College is required under the Higher Education to provide those who participate in or have completed a course an opportunity to present their experiences and views on the course through a course evaluation organized by the University. School is also required to compile course evaluations and make the results and any action arising from course evaluations. The result shall be available for students. If you as a student in any way dissatisfied with how the university has implemented any of this so you can first contact the Section at your institution. Furthermore, you can contact the first vice president.

Quality

At the University of Skövde, it is extremely Research and Education Committee (FUN) is responsible for quality work. Chairman of the FUN is Lena Martensson and SiS may appoint three representatives.

In the Student Union of Skövde is the Education Committee, UU, which operates various types of projects associated with quality work. If a student has concerns about the quality of any course or any training program at the University of Skövde, you can usefully get in touch with some of the above.
